Canberra based Speak2us is a boutique consultancy specialising in helping people become confident and articulate speakers in any situation.
Sofia Majewski, director of Speak2us, is a highly qualified and experienced public speaking coach. She has been helping people develop and strengthen their public speaking skills for over eleven years.

With a background in events management and corporate training, Sofia has a wide range of experience including:
- Acting as Emcee at corporate, government and private events
- Facilitating business and training seminars
- Conducting corporate training sessions
With this breadth of experience, Sofia is able to assist even the most inexperienced or nervous public speaker with their presentation and speech writing requirements.
Sofia brings passion and warmth to her coaching. Her clients say she is "an amazing person who works wonders".

Out of hours
Sofia loves a challenge. In 2009, Sofia took up Squash. While she still considers herself a novice at the game, she went on to play in the Sydney World Masters Games in October 2009. She was inspired by Masters Athletes in their 80s and 90s still playing sport and loving it. In between ukelele lessons, presenting World Vibe on ArtSound FM and events at Schmooze, both Sofia and her partner, Peter Campbell, are training for the World Masters Games to be held in Italy in 2013.
"To me, learning to play squash is similar to learning how to speak well in public. It all comes down to technique and practice. You find a coach, learn the correct techniques and then practise like mad. Do that and you can't go wrong!"

- Certificate in Classroom Teaching Practice, Intesol International
